CamProof is provided as is. It calculates reconciliations from the figures and lease terms you enter, but you are responsible for the statements you send: your leases govern which expenses are recoverable and how they are shared, and you should review every statement before it goes to a tenant. CamProof is not legal, accounting or tax advice.

Free plan

The on-screen reconciliation is unlimited. Statements and exports are available for properties with up to 3 tenants.

Pro

Pro is licensed per person. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; the 30-day pass expires after 30 days. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if CamProof can't reconcile your property.

Acceptable use

Only process data you are authorized to access. Don't resell or redistribute license keys.
