Privacy

Your files never leave your device. Ledgers, rent rolls and lease terms are opened and calculated by JavaScript running in your browser. Their contents are not sent to us or to anyone else, and we can't see them.

What is stored in your browser

Your current project (property, expenses, tenants and lease terms), the pool you chose for each account name, your statement options and your license key are saved in your browser's local storage so you don't retype them. Use New or clear this site's data in your browser to remove them. Project files you save are ordinary files on your computer.

License checks

If you buy Pro, your license key is sent to our payment provider Polar (polar.sh) to verify it, about once a day. Checkout and billing are handled by Polar as merchant of record under their privacy policy.

Usage counts

We count anonymous page views and button clicks (for example "download clicked") with a first-party counter: no cookies, no identifiers, no file data, no IP addresses stored by us, and it is off when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard request logs to deliver the site.
